By participating in the American Hooligan Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of American Hooligan (https://americanhooligan.com), which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins upon official public announcement by Sponsor and ends immediately once all 350 entries/tickets have been sold or the Sweepstakes is otherwise terminated by Sponsor (“Sweepstakes Period”).
The live winner drawing will be conducted on Instagram Live through Sponsor’s official social media account after all available entries are sold and verified.

3. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, owners, immediate family members, affiliates, sponsors, advertising partners, and individuals living in the same household as Sponsor representatives are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring participation is legal within their state or local jurisdiction.

4. How To Enter
Purchase Entry Method
Eligible participants may enter by purchasing an official Sweepstakes entry through:

In person from authorized American Hooligan employees
In person through designated affiliated partners
All affiliated partners and approved ticket sale locations will be officially announced and updated through Sponsor’s social media platforms.
Each qualifying purchase entry will receive the number of entries designated at the time of purchase.

Free Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”)
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print the following information on a plain 3” x 5” index card:
Full legal name
Complete mailing address
Phone number
Email address
Date of birth
Handwritten statement saying:
“I wish to enter the American Hooligan Sweepstakes.”
Mail the completed entry in a standard envelope with sufficient postage to:

Mail-in entries must be handwritten, legible, and mailed individually. Mechanically reproduced, copied, automated, or bulk-submitted entries are void.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked before the Sweepstakes closes and received prior to the live drawing.
Limit one mail-in entry per envelope. Multiple entries mailed in one envelope may be disqualified.
Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.

5. Prizes
Grand Prize (1 Winner)
One (1) 2026 KTM 250 SX-F dirt bike.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $13,500.
Sponsor will cover applicable tax and title fees associated with transfer of ownership.
If the winner resides within four (4) hours of Columbiana, Ohio, Sponsor may personally deliver the motorcycle. Any shipping, transportation, freight, or delivery expenses outside of Sponsor’s designated delivery area are solely the responsibility of the winner.
Winner must possess valid identification and complete any required ownership or transfer documentation prior to receiving the motorcycle.

Second Prize (1 Winner)
One (1) custom American Hooligan MX riding set.
ARV: Approximately $500.
Please allow approximately 6-8 weeks for production and fulfillment as all custom sets are made to order.

Third Prize (1 Winner)
One (1) $150 American Hooligan merchandise bundle.
ARV: $150.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute merchandise items of equal or greater value based on inventory availability.

6. Winner Selection
Three (3) winners will be selected at random during a live drawing hosted on Instagram Live following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners may be required to verify identity and eligibility prior to receiving prizes.
Winners must respond and accept their prize within seventy-two (72) hours of being contacted by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is deemed ineligible, refuses the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary due to availability or circumstances outside Sponsor’s control.
Winner assumes all responsibility for any costs, liabilities, insurance, licensing, registration, maintenance, operation, or expenses not specifically stated in these Official Rules.
Motorcycle winner assumes all risks associated with operation and ownership of the motorcycle after transfer.

8. Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, social media handle, photographs, video footage, and hometown for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, delayed, or stolen entries.

10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its owners, affiliates, employees, representatives, and partners from any liability, injury, loss, claim, damage, or expense arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

11. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within the State of Ohio.
